Shipping Policy

At N.E. Love Naturals, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Shipping Days:

• We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your candles arrive in optimal condition.
• Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.

Processing Time:

• All of our candles are poured to ensure the highest quality.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

• Skincare Products
  Ships via UPS 2nd Day Air with an ice pack, flat rate (hero butters). Natural body butters may soften in transit during warm weather. This will not affect quality or safety, and the butter will firm back up. We are not responsible for melting that occurs due to extreme weather, delivery delays, or packages left in direct sun or hot vehicles after delivery. Simply refrigerate upon arrival to restore texture. Not eligible for free shipping promotions. 
  

No Returns or Exchanges:

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:

• If your order arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged item(s) to our customer service within two days of receipt.

Shipping Restrictions:

• International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
